What's the craziest thing you've ever done to lose weight?

ate 2 meals a day, small salad at lunch, salad in the evening with some kind of protein: tuna/egg/poached chicken. Drank nothing but strong coffee and water. Burn close to 2-3000 calories on the rowing machine, crosstrainer, bench and mat each day, swim every morning, at least 5 km.
hormone drops, fancy diets, counting your calories...not my thing. Eat little but eat sensibly, work out HARD. During the real fat-burn stage I was dropping 2-3 kilos a week, then it levelled off after a month and a half of that, and then I started eating more protein and a bit more carb, and the muscle piled on. Then I went to my regular diet and ate whatever the hell I wanted, exercised slightly less but did more skillset stuff, like sparring or yoga, and now I'm in DAMN good shape and staying steadyish.
I've heard of people infecting themselves with tapeworms to lose weight.
I almost killed myself doing 2 hours of cardio twice a day and barely eating anything. And honestly when I did eat, I'd throw it up most of the time. I lost weight, but my hair was falling out and I always felt like sh*t. It took me a long time to repair my body.
Thank God I figured out that I can eat lots of food AND lose weight! :D
Breakfast- Coffee
Lunch- Salad. Only lettuce and vegetables. Nothing else. And for dressing, lemon juice with olive oil
Dinner- Fruit or Vegetable
Lots of water and green tea.

only ate a teaspoon of food per day. After 2 weeks I lost 20 pounds and kept it off for 4 years but I did get super weak!
