My dentist broke my tooth? sue?

so me and my brother went to a new dentist because my old one didn't do anything blah blah blah in my bottom jaw my left and my right teeth are like in half it hurts when I eat yes I waited after the dentist to eat. nothing happened to my brother and we were treated for the same thing except I had a cavity what should I do?

You can sue if you want.

You only have a shot at winning your case if you can prove without a doubt that your tooth was fine before the dentist worked on it and it was damaged when the dentist was done. You might not even have to go to court. The lawyer for the dentist or dental office might give you "hush money" and fix your tooth free of charge.

Sometimes teeth break after a filling. It ma have already been cracked. It's not likely the dentist did anythng wrong. If you want to see another dentist to have it fixed, then ask that dentist what he thinks caused it.
