i go to gym, eat right, drink water, but I haven't seen improvement in my arms, I have big bones and flab on upper arms, how can I make them thinner?

Assuming you're already burning more calories than you're eating (that's how you lose fat sitting on top of your muscles), you can try working the muscle from different angles. For example, to tone the triceps you can do overhead presses or kickbacks. If you're not sure how to do them, you could always google it and you're sure to find plenty of other efficient exercises too! But no matter the exercise, your weights should be heavy enough so that you get tired after about a dozen of repetitions. Otherwise, they're too light.
