For the body weight, losing is good for you but to keep him interested, you gotta do something a little bit special is that share with him the things he like and be interested on the stuff he likes and talk about it.
There's nothing more enjoyable having a discussion about the things in common and how you enjoy his company. If he is nice to you, you should find ways to open up for him and never shut him down.
Sometime, you need some space for one another every once in awhile but you still need to satisfy yourself along with him.

but its only natural in a relationship to go through lulls, where it seems like the other is less interested. just spice things up a bit, do something fun, whatever you need to do
If your losing weight do it for yourself before anybody else. Losing 8 lbs in 3 days is very unhealthy. Doing it gradually is healthier and will actually be easier to keep up in the long run. If you continue doing the things that he fell in love with he will stay interested :)
He's not the right guy if you feel like you have to change yourself to be w him:)

when he is with you,try to be some cosy with him. And try to seduce her in better way,you also have what thin girls have ,i think you got my point,so seduce in better way and don't be stubborn.
