I use dipping tobacco. So to keep my mouth clean to avoid mouth cancers. I use hydrogen peroxide and bicarbonate of soda. I basically brush twice. Once using hydrogen peroxide and bicarbonate of soda and another using bicarbonate of soda and toothpaste. A lot of natural toothpastes and toothpastes from the old days contained bicarbonate of soda. So it is very good you you. Has a very mild abrassive action to get your teeth whiter. I also drink a lot of tea and drink some coffee and I have no problems with stained teeth. But I use Neem oil toothpaste, or tea tree oil toothpaste or Anise toothpaste. All are natural toothpastes with out flouride. So no need to go see your dentist just to ask him about hydrogen peroxide. It is a natural antibiotic, best at killing germs and infections, just do not swallow it for it is not food grade hydrogen peroxide.
You can use white strips or you can use Listerine Whitening formula. I used the Listerine approach, but it did take a while. You can ask your dentist about using hydrogen peroxide.

Naturally? You could use hydrogen peroxide or water soft peroxide (by gargling it).
You could also mix hydrogen peroxide and baking soda like @ipood mentioned (or you could mix baking soda with strawberries. It works a charm.
NOTE: Don't do it daily though because you may wear down the enamel of your teeth.
Avoid drinking coffee, soda, tea and smoking.
rinse with hydrogen peroxide, also I heard strawberries make teeth whiter!

I fill my mouth with bleach before going to bed, place duct tape over my mouth and breathe through my nose til morning.
I would just have the dentist replace them with halogen light bulbs.
I mix up hydrogen peroxide and baking soda in a cup and brush it on my teeth . Really works

But they hurt if you have senistive teeth
Drink plenty of bleach and stay away from poo and grape soda
Creast whitening strips
Eat apples and rinse with fluoride.
