Good job :) have you been eating healthy? Drink lots of water, and occasionally lemon water, lemon water regulates your digestive system, promotes your immune system, destroys bacteria & toxins, its high in vitamin C and Antioxidants which is great for skin and immune system.
And what made me lose a lot of weight, I wasn't even trying to lose weight, I was running short bursts as much as I could at a time, for 15 -25 minutes, constantly running well. you know NOT constantly, but most of the time.
you run, until you can't anymore, then you just walk or speedwalk until you regain breath and run again, it will strengthen your heart, but don't push yourself ok? start out doing what you think you can handle, listen to the signs of your body, and keep up the good work, exercising can be fun.

yeah thanks lol, but it wasn't what I wanted, I dident want the weight loss, I needed a weight gain haha, I was lifting and taking protein powders and stuff, and still burning off weight that I needed while doing that running thing, I really liked running then.
And I forgot, you HAVE TO drink the lemon water with a straw, its very acidic, and is said to be able to eat the anamel on your teeth, after your done drinking it, you need to rinse your mouth out with water, or milk, I usually rinse with
Lemon water does a lot of good for the body, I couldent think of all the positive effects right off the bat, but its great for external use on your skin as well, but if you put it on your skin, don't go out in the sunlight that day, apply lemon juice externally at night time, it makes your skin glow, kills the bacteria that causes acne, minimizes pores, removes dead skin, high in vitamin c which is great for skin.
Some people are known to be sensitive to lemon juice, so take it easy at first with

No. Sorry. It just wouldn't cross my mind to ask out a fat girl. I'm not perfect myself, but there's a big difference between needing to remove two inches from your waist and needing to lose 50 pounds.
To be honest even if I really liked your personality, I couldn't date you. Attraction is what separates a friend from a potential lover. We could be great friends but I couldn't date.

Yep, to each his own. And look at it this way...if there are guys that can overlook extra weight to get to know the person (or guys that maybe even prefer larger women) that just means more "hot girls with a nice body" left for you.
bro burn more caloruioes than consumed is the only way, count calories, you can eat anything you want, also lift weights so you look good, find an easy weight program they have a bunch on the internet, do half of an hour everyday and that's it

The trick is NOT to go on a diet or use some kind of diet pills. What I did instead is change my eating habits. No fast food, no sweets, no alcohol. It doesn't have to be cold turkey (you can eat anything as long as you control portion size), but for me "cold turkey" was the best option. I eat lots of sea food, veggies and fruit. 3 meals a day with breakfast and lunch being roughly the same amount and dinner is the smallest portion of the day.
I started slow with a music mix (30 minutes of dancing every day and 15 minutes of additional dumbbell workout every other day) and worked my way up to an hour per day.
My limit is 1300 calories (usually 1000 in the end). But I don't count before eating. I only count after the meal / at the end of the day. I wanted to get a feel for it; control portions naturally instead of depending on some kind of points or cal counting system. This way it will be easier to keep my goal weight.
And as for the "no fastfood, no sweets, no alcohol" aspect of it all. I sometimes eat 2 dates with a spoonful of honey(not more than once a week), or a spoonful of some low fat cheese-chocolate spread if I absolutely feel like I need my sweets-fix. Other than that I even give away the little cookies you sometimes get with your coffee at a cafe. I also drink regular coffee instead of Starbucks and no diet soda or regular soda AT ALL. I put peppermint tea in the fridge. Also...TEAMWHOLEGRAIN
You are welcome. + I've become a fan of salad mix. I use salad greens, bell pepper, corn, cucumber, radish, mushrooms (whatever you have veggie-wise or even slices of apple or papaya - COLD) and mix it all together with a handful of whole grain rice or couscous (HOT) . Instead of eating turkey/seafood with 30gr of couscous AND salad greens I eat turkey/seafood with this mix of everything (but I only use 10-15gr of couscous). It will fill you up & at the same time you get your 5 veggies a day.
I sometimes split dinner in two parts. Part one: A couple of strawberries & a kiwi or the papaya leftovers from the salad... and only later IF I'm still hungry Part two: one slice of whole grain toast with cucumber or a slice of low fat ham. But usually the fruits do the job and I don't feel the need to eat more. Especially not when you mix the strawberries with a spoonful of natural yogurt. This way you don't go to bed hungry and you have a healthy appetite the next morning...
to be honest , I don't mind a girl being a little curvy but if a girl is just fat that has no shape
like she is overweight like 500 lb , to me the girl doesn't seem to care about herself.

Well, I was fat. 250+ is definitely more than just overweight, so I absolutely understand why there's a limit for you / a difference between curvy / chubby / fat. Now, guys probably still consider me to be fat, but I don't look at myself that way and am more outgoing; hence the dating question. Thx for answering!
Haha look at you giving advice on weight loss now! I knew you'd make it this far, now keep going. It seems like slow progress but as long as you're moving forward, that's what's important. Keep us posted!
Thanks! I'm usually losing about 0.2 minimum and 0.5 max per week which is in the "healthy loss range". At first when I was 254 it was easier and I lost more per week, but now that I'm closing in on my goal weight it takes a bit longer. I'm not worried though. I'll get there. Will keep you posted!
No worries. I'm not. Especially because I built up some muscles...okay that sounded wrong...it's more like I got a bit more toned? If that's the word. My German to English mental translator is NOT working so well today lol. Bottom line even though I had a two week stagnation scale-wise I made good progress in measurements. Not sure what you mean by bingo wings haha, unless you mean flab on your arms when youraise your arms. Triceps workouts should includ triceps extensions, French presses, dumbbell kickbacks, and skull crushers. Look to light weight when doing dumbell and free weight workouts since you don't want to build mass bit rather get sculpted. Also, start doing some jump roping in your cardio if you're not doing that yet. You're doing awesome, keep at it!
Yep, you got it...flab on my arms = bingo wings. Thank you! My dumbbells are ~ 5.5 pounds each. I had half of that before but over time it got too easy and I didn't really feel the workout. Figured it'd be time to "upgrade". :D
Yea focus on the workouts I listed, those hit the triceps hard. And don't worry about "Upgrading" haha. You could probably go up to 20lbs and still be fine without bulking up.

I think overweight girls can still be beautiful and sexy, so I have no problems with dating them.
