You cannot "spot treat" fat. It is a workout myth. You body burns fat equally throughout the body. There is a reason why it's BODY FAT INDEX and there is no such things as TUMMY FAT INDEX.
You just need to keep loosing more weight.
A light and long term body detox with milk thistle and other gentle herbs can help clean out toxins, which create a situation where fat is harder to burn.
Also, stop eating processed food. If there is a commercial for the food your about to eat, don't eat it.
- Lost 50 pounds of fat, gained 30 pounds of muscle in ten months. Six pack on the way.

You will have to lose all or most of the extra 10 lbs, and that isn'st a small amount for someone only 5' tall.
You can't spot reduce. Except by surgery, and that isn't a good idea!
I know it's boring, but you'll have to cut out alcohol and most desserts for a while. Working out helps, but it won't get rid of that tummy by itself, especially since working out will tend to increase your appetite more than is necessary!

Hi (: Try crunches. They help give you a flat tummy. I had your problem. I'm 5'1 & had recently gained some weight which for the most part benefited me. However my tummy was a bit bulkier & to lose it I did crunches. It gave me a cute tummy & a small waist...try it.Goodluck
I know where you're coming from. It's not necessarily fat, especially since you're not overweight, but loose muscle that needs to be toned to have that flat belly appearance. Abdominal workouts generally help. Maybe a set of 40 crunches a day is good for you.
