What is the best way to get needed nutrients for a 48 hour famine I'm doing?

I'm doing a 48 hour famine soon. It's to raise money for starving kids, I've already collected $120 and I want to make sure I get what I need to so I don't get sick. I was seriously considering just raising the money and then handing it in to the charity, but a lot of people looked down on me for it because they said it's cheating. So I decided to go through it after all.

So I need to know since we're allowed drinks what I can drink to keep my body going, or any vitamins I can take and what I can do to make sure I don't lose weight. Would something like chocolate milk or pop be good for that? I'm underweight so I can't afford to lose weight.
