It's realistic just watch what you eat.
Stay to fish,chicken,veggies and fruits. Fruit smoothies are amazing if you make them with fresh fruit, I basically live off smoothies!
You can take green coffee bean pills and keystone red raspberry pills all natural and can be found in the diet aisle in walmart, walgreens etc. 48 hour hollywood diet works as long as your going to keep dieting after words (4-10 lbs in 2 days/48hrs) I have tried.
The paleo diet is amazing, basically called the caveman diet and you only eat if it would have been available to a cave man so anything naturally grown or animals (cow, fish, chicken etc.) you can look it up..
If you want to go the diet pill way, I recommend "Oxy Elite Pro" you can by it at GNC stores, its quite pricey but if you stick to it works very well especially if you have been working out :)
Whatever you do, do NOT use laxatives, you will lose weight but it will mess up your colon and kidneys and you will become reliant on it
but, the rest of these are fast steady ways, more than 2lbs a week. anything else just comment

i wouldn't recommend losing anymore than 2 pds per week or maybe a bit more depending how heavy you are. 50 pd loss in 3 months is unrealistic id say 5-6 months maybe
Get a good dietary program and try to get some tips from your fellow gym instructors.
They do help a lot.
