I was leaning against my arm on a table and all of a sudden I got a sharp pain in it. Now every time I move my wrist it hurts really bad. When I push on my arm it feels weird like there are little bumps in it.

yes it is possible. just rotate your wrist every now and then and wait it out. put ice on it to it won't hurt as much. this happens to me all the time. its cause you have not enough calcuim in your diet. I know I don't have that much calcuim (I hate milk) so I have to find it somewhere else. all you have to do is put ice on it and rotate your wrist to work out the kinks.
It could be a nerve problem not a muscle problem. Are you experiencing tingling or shooting pains down to your finger tips? Is your grip as strong as it was prior to hurting yourself?
Of course, your doctor will be the only one that would know for sure - I suggest you make an appointment to get it checked out.
yes its possible but that sounds more like a bone thing all though you might think it don't hurt bad enogh for that there's a lot of little bones and tendons and legaments that you can break or stretch or twist if I was you I would probably wear a wrist brace for a while
