Do you have any diet advice or exercise advise ? ( please use simple words because I don't understand much of the health jargon )
I am 5'' 10 and 172 pounds . That is 178 cm and 78 kg.
You don't seem too overweight but could probably use a small tune up. The easiest thing to do is watch for too many carbs. Cut down on sugar wherever and whenever possible. I know you have heard to eat more fruits and vegetables but it does work for me.
You will be amazed how a little walking burns off the calories. You don't have to be an exercise freak but plain ole walking is so easy to do. When you park your car don't always look for the closest spot, park further away, every step adds up. Take the stairs instead of a escalator instead of an elevator. Hang in there.

I follow the low carb/lean meat diet, and it's worked out pretty well for me so far.

You don't seem to be overweight, so it sounds like you're lacking in muscle definition , so I'd probably recommend doing a lot of crunches/situps/pullups , that sort of stuff that works your abs. This along with doing cardio as normal to burn off the fat you have, the elliptical machine would be a decent machine to start working on, but try to keep your sessions more intense and short if you can.
