Yes
-Super B Complex (with Folic Acid & B12 in it)
-Biotin
-Chia seeds and whole flaxseed(that I grind in a coffee grinder)
-Magnesium when I hope to get a good nights rest or if I know I'll be sore from a challenging workout (I take it at night either way), but not everyday
-Occasionally I take Emergen-C. Particularly if my allergies are bad or if I think I'm susceptible to a cold
I was taking Cod Liver Oil but I ran out and I forgot to get some more last weekend when I was at Whole Foods
Ya I take Omega too ,vitamin A&E&C
Im running out though so I might discontinue because I hate taking it everyday
I think it helped me caz I haven't been sick like I always get around winter
I used to take vitamic C, just because the tablets tasted nice.
Now I just try and get all of my nutrients by actually eating the food I should.
If they help you, they help you. Its best to view them as supplements to a good diet.
I've personally experienced benefits from vitamin C.
Were they beauty benefits(skin/hair)?
Honestly, I don't pay enough attention to that to notice. My wife did notice that maca + greens+ + C seemed to improve her skin.
