Do you take any food supplements?

Just wondering what everyone is doing. I take iron supplements(doctors perscription) and spirulina everyday. Omega 3 fish twice once a week and I occasionally use vitamin C or multiviatamin pills (mainly to flavour my drink though)

Taking supplements has such a negative assosiation, but I really think they help me be and look healthy.
Do you take any food supplements?
