So, I'm looking to lose about 15 pounds. I'm 135 at the moment, which really isn't bad considering I've had two kiddos. I'm in a size 6 jeans but would really like to make it to the 3-4 I was in before getting pregnant with my second child. I've managed to lose everything but this last 10-15 pounds is wrecking me. I won't take supplements or any sort of weight loss pill, I think they are way too costly. And I also love my food. I'm not a salad girl. I like my steak, ribs, cheeseburgers and doritos. So I refuse to give them up just to lose some weight. I'm comfortae in my skin but not so confident. Hence, why I am asking for weight loss advice. Anything you guys can give me?

Just for an update on what I do for exercise: I do joga three times a week. Jog for 45 minutes a day. Throw myself into two rounds of workout videos which consist of an hour a peice and do zumba every Saturday with my mother in law.
