INSANITY work-out even the fittest are challenged.
I did the 2 month program. It gave me a good endurance especially when I'm playing tennis.
I'm thinking of do it again but I don't know when since I'll start working for UPS soon and apparently working there is also a work-out. My legs were already pretty strong but Insanity made it stronger, which is good use for tennis.
I just need to hit the weights, if I want more results.

Circuit training is the best overall workout..you can do it at least 4X a week. You could work in some active sports on other days if you are motivated. Tennis, racquetball..these are fun and could help you fight boredom.
what have you been doing? Workout different muscles, try biking or yoga.
Insanity is pretty challenging.

i just do some sprints uphill and then do many types of crunches and lunges. that's hard imo
the jillian videos.
