There's this girl at work and it seems like she likes me but she's hard to read. She said from all the people there she appreciates working with me a lot and she looks at me and smiles a lot too. Sometimes she calls me "boo".

But when we're talking she doesn't really add much to the conversation. Is she just teasing me or what? Your thoughts?

She might be trying to make another guy at work jealous, but probably not. but yeah she most likely isn't interested in you sexually, most likely just wants to be friends. In my opinion you should just be her friend but don't get caught up in the friend zone. To do that you need to keep up a flirtatious act with her. Then if after a while she steps up her pet names then she might like you, but for now she doesn't.
