Diet is a life-long choice. People who are thin make constant choices not to gain weight. In my case, I never wanted to get fat. My dad had a pot belly and anytme I have started to be above 10 pounds of my ideal weight, I go on a self imposed eat-less regimen until my weight stabalizes. I exersize each day, first thing in the morning, getting up before everyone else to exersize without being oberved., even if I go back back to bed after exersize.
Taking weight off drink water instead of any other liquid. eat vegetables and protein. Work out. Every motion you make burns calories. Move a lot.

No, you're not fat, your family are just a bunch of pricks. No parent should be making snide remarks and hurting their child's feelings like that. If they want to make you neurotic about food and distort your body image and self-esteem, they're going the right way about it.

Judging by your pictures, you don't look the least bit fat in any of them. Seriously.
If you're concerned about your body/weight, get a proper BMI rating and consulting from a doctor or personal trainer.
And seriously, why the hell would your own family tell you you're fat. That's just dumb.
However, if you're trolling and just trying to get attention.. well, that seems to be working for the most part..First tip : remove the word snack from your vocabulary.
Make some sport. It can be walking, but fast and at least one hour in a row.
Forget about deep fried crap. Eat veggies.It takes a lot of training both physically and mentally. Mentally to have the determination to push yourself AND train yourself to eat healthier. Physical in the sense to know your limits and push them gradually as you go.
Start by trying to jog a bit every other day for like 30 minutes and eventually increase speed, time, and distance. That's what I'm doing right now and it has been pretty successful.You can't "lose weight quickly". Not unless you're working on making it to an early grave or a padded room anyway. If you want to show your family who is boss it's less about losing the weight and more about looking like you're trying. Just do some exercises daily at a time where you will likely be caught doing so and do this regularly regardless of how hard it is on you. "Effort" is meaningful sometimes.

First, drop all desserts for a whle, and avoid snacks. Try to theat enogh at meals sso you aren't tempted by sweets between meals.
If you're working out, that should be enough. IF you have trouble policing yourself, sign up with Weight Watchers or a similar group. They'll count calories for you, lay out exactly what to eat,and give you support with weekly 'feedback.'

I read somewhere it is more about body proportions, such as hips/waist/chest and so on.
It's more about being happy with your own body, and family will be family, mine is the same. There isn't a quick-fix or silver bullet, it all comes down to determination to eat right and exercise. Don't have to give up the good stuff, just balance it out.
PS: Even if it takes longer, people will admire you more for your determination rather than quickly losing weight (crazy diets and pills), I believe.You do not look fat from what I can see. But it wouldn't really matter even if you were fat, you are an attractive person, don't let others tell you otherwise! Bigger girls are beautiful to, and you aren't even fat.
