Does this seem like a good plan?

So 8 months ago, I was at around 300lbs, and got a physically intensive job as a lineman for an electrical company. While working there I got myself down to 245lbs. I have stayed at that weight for the past 3 months and am ready to lose some more weight.

I am 6'2, and currently weigh 244lbs. I have been eating healthier for the past couple weeks, exchaning a lot of foods for salads, and flax pita's with natural peanute butter. I have also gone for a couple runs, and I am actually going to start waking up at 6am, and going for a morning run before my daily college classes. So if I run 4 miles 3-4 times a week and mix in some lifting and kinesthetics, how long do you think it will take to get some real results?
Does this seem like a good plan?
