Does this like a green light to go further?

I don't know much about him yet, but yes, I am absolutely interested. He is attractive and super sweet when we are talking. He seems very laid back and my kind of guy for sure.

We work together just on different shifts. His shift comes in after mind in the afternoon. I've seen him around and he definitely seems to hang out wherever I am until I leave.

Today, he made a bit of a move. He was around me and when I moved to another area, he came too. He came up next to me and asked me for my name. I told him and he smiled and repeated it. Then he said it was nice to meet me and told me his name and shook my hand.

Is this a green light? Does he sound interested in me? I am looking to offer up my number if it seems like he's likely single/interested. I think I am going to point-blank ask if he's single and if he says yes, offer my number so we can talk easier and get to know each other better. Does that sound like a good plan?
