If your a EX wishes you HBD every year and NEVER contacts you other than that for 10 years AFTER THE BREAKUP what would you think?

He/she still has feelings about me. He/she never got over me.

Its probably like sending out Christmas cards. Its really rather outdated and old fashioned, but some people just send b-day greetings to everyone on their calendar.

i would think he is a psychopath or narcissist. and has no more supply atm so feels it would be fun to toy with some old supply/ people he used to be associated with. since he has no conscience it wouldn't bother him.
