What has worked for you and your acne marks?
Any suggestions?
I used to have really bad acne on my face... Left a lot of scarring. The trouble for me is that I'm allergic to sulfates which is in 99% of face wash and I'm allergic to just about everything you can put on your face. I did this to myself through putting everything on my face that I heard would help with fading. My doctor said it would go away on it's own and just to make sure to wear sunscreen so they wouldn't darken.
I'd say depending on the kind that they are (like if they're just marks, not indentations) then they will fade with time. It will require a little patience, but less invasive measures often do. Mine went away with a combination of sun protection, this amazing soap, and shea butter.
About this soap... It's called African Black Soap. It has all the good stuff you can think of in it, and it works wonders on your skin. It can be drying, so I always apply shea butter onto it. My skin has never looked better. I think the skin on your back may be less sensitive than facial skin, but I still wouldn't go the chemical route (spot fading creams and such) because it could lead to more problems down the road.
This is what worked for me... I hope it helps.
