working out and eating healthy? strength training and protein shakes with vitamins on side?
i want to gain the healthy way and still stay in shape and maintain it you know what I mean ?
How tall are you?
Strength training - Barbell back squat - Deadlifts - Throw pull ups in there if you want upper body along with some supporting exercises. Heavy weight that you can only achieve around 8-10 reps for 3-5 sets.
Crossfit is really great to get into for all around fitness and a healthy body.
150 and you think you're skinny? You must be very tall! Chances are your bmi is fine so I think if you want to change your body tone up but don't add fat
ya strength training and protein shakes are good, but if you are already a healthy weight I wouldn't worry too much.

5'9 20 years old
How do you feel like you're too thin? My mom was 5'10 and 130lbs... -.- but seriously, gaining muscle is a good way to gain weight. Increase your calorie and protein intake! X)
