I have no tummy , my arms are okay everything else is OK, but my butt and thighs are huge ,!
It doesn't match my upper body , its exactly like a vace. And I want it to be perfect .

well, eating clean in general is always good. you know the usual fruit and veg, protein is also good. iv cut almost all carbs out of my diet. so no bread, rice, pasta…. the works.
running and biking worked miracles for me. I was heavier than you at one stage by quite a bit and now I'm much lighter than iv been since like the 9th grade.
btw when you lose weight you will also lose more weight on your tummy and that's fine, just focus on every muscle in those legs and butt. doing squats, star jumps and lunges are great for training the 3 major muscles in your butt making it rounder, smaller and firmer=]

Are you sure it looks bad? thick thighs and an ass are usually very hot.
It could just be your natural build which likely won't change much, it could just be how your body naturally distributes its weight. Some people assume it doesn't match their upper body but others opinions may differ. You could be a pear shape and that is just how it is.
Anyway, there are a variety of ways to lose weight if you need, ranging from exercise, changing your diet, intermittent fasting etc, it depends
