Thinking of walking 7 miles a day?

i want to lose 15-20 more pds. I just want to shed that last stubborn roll covering my lower abs and getting more lean. I'm 5'8 180 pds I want to be 160 pds. I'm in decent shape as I already do work out but I'm going to amp it up for faster results. iam also thinking of keeping my diet the same, I eat a good amount of protein. I don't overeat or under eat, some days ill be hungry some days I won't be. anybody want to try to do this challenge with me? lol of course I shouldn't be silly, everybody on gag is in much better shape than i, with military like precision :P

so I guess just for people like me. if you do 10 miles a day well that's great for you. I don't like running I prefer walking, at a good fast pace, maybe eventually I can start jogging again.7 miles may take me around1.5-2 hrs to do each day, I can walk very fast so it may take less time than that hopefully. I hope to be at the track early in the morning. exercising is much better when doing it with someone else but I don't think anybody I know has my determination or sheer will power to do this which sucks! lone wolfing life sucks at times. okay ill stop ranting now lol

also winter sucks! I like to just go outside and do my walking but I hate the cold usually I just go walking down the country side or biking actually, love biking or cycling, whatever :P but ya I gotta buy passes to the walking track because I hate walking around in the cold, and its icy! blah, canada sucks why was I born here?! lol
