I need to know the best way to loose a bit of belly fat and improve my body overall.
To us Americans, you are 5'0 and weigh 99.2 lbs, lol.
You aren't that bad off, not at all. Doing cardio workouts burn fat and in my opinion, is the best way to do it.
**First eat healthy or healthier if you are not**
Then you need to find your heart rate zones so you know how hard you should be working without over doing it, you can do that by following this https://www.calculatenow.biz/sport/heart.php
Run, walk, jog, row, bike, elliptical, swim or whatever gets your heart rate up and your shirt sweaty, lol.
Now this will only expose what is under that fat so include some weight or resistance training to tone those muscles and be sure to eat some protein afterwards =)
I am not a trainer, but I do weight, then cardio, then a half a$$ day, then start over and take Sunday or whatever day is #7 off. This should do it.

SO, your 5 feet tall and weight 99 pounds, I dont think you need to lose anything. How could you have any belly fat to lose?
i only have fat storaged in my belly... that's why i want to loose it but i don't need to lose weigh overall

Moving around more than sitting down will be good enough. Running is probably best for you. Also, your weight is just fine. No need to lose anything.
Hit the gym. Do cardio and squats. Eat healthy and that's all you need. You go girl
