How to lose fat/weight without having to hit the gym?

So I am thinking of getting an ideal body image/shape/type. I don't like to hit the gym but I have been eating less but it takes a while for me to lose a little weight/fat. What should I do if I don't want to hit the gym? (I am sure hitting the gym isn't the only way)
