I have been researching health and the cause of disease for some time. I conclude that a lot of what you think comprises looking nicer, is in fact toxins which have become lodged in tissue, rather than been eliminated. I have undertaken a few ten day fasts in recent months to get rid of toxins. I end up feeling great but looking skinny. I thus believe that skinny is healthier. Obviously my theory would be discounted if you are not eating, sleeping and exercising properly. Rather investigate ways in which you can optimize your good health.

You're making a lot of girls cringe right now by asking this, lol. Heck, a lot of guys wish they had this problem (myself included).
Personally, I think skinny delicate legs can be adorable. I like chubby girls' legs just as much though. Skinny girls have a delicate femininity and chubby girls have a soft femininity. They are both beautiful and I wish people would embrace their natural body type.
If you want your muscle to grow, you have to do heavy weights. If you want to do something at home, I recommend buying those adjustable ankle weights and you can do different exercises with them for your legs ;) Trying YouTube-ing

To make legs bigger, you need to do heavy lifting with your legs. If squats with your bodyweight isn't enough, I heard jumping squats and box jumps are a way to add extra resistance without equipment.
Also because you're adding muscle, you need to not cut your calorie intake.you need heavy resistance.
It depends how strong they are now.
Lunges are heavier resistance then squats, pistols more still.Skinny is pretty elite. Are you sure?
