My friend is getting a plastic surgery on her boobs...what do you think?

My friend finally decided to get a liposuction and other surgery on her boobs because hers are too big that they cause her serious back/neck pain for more than 10 years.
she couldn't get a surgery because her ex didn't like the idea of making her boobs smaller. Since they broke up, she told me she's going to get it done!

Does anyone have the same problem because your boob are too big?
and for guys, if your girl friend has the same problem, would you be at least a little upset of the idea or understand the situation and let her have a surgery?

Women who have very large breasts can and will eventually have back problems; it's not a myth. Many doctors advocate breast reduction surgeries to avoid arthritis of the upper spine as well as scoliosis. Insurance companies will pay for breast reductions in these cases because it is considered a medical necessity.

However like all surgery, it does carry some risk and unfortunate sequelae. Diminished breast and nipple sensitivity, scars, possible formation of excessive scar tissue.

Everyone would need to weigh the risks and benefits.

I have big boobs too and back pain sucks so I can see where she is coming from. I just believe you have to deal with what you were given...embrace it. She should try back strengthening exercises or stretches.

Friend surprised us by lipo for better curves then breast enhancement a cup size - she didn't NEED it!
Wife says her nipples will never be the same, certainly no erotic arousal thereafter.
Gals I know from 40-60+ with C-DD only have back problems when they

... yoga will do so much more positive for one's life than surgery in this case
... running/walking w/backpack can even do lipo without IVs & knives

I think my friend did try other options like working out, massage, yoga etc etc, but her back pain's been getting worse that finally, she's decided to do it. Thank you for your opinion!

Plastic surgery for a medical problem is fine with me. Plastic surgery for a perceived cosmetic problem is usually when things get out of hand and the woman ends up ruining her unique beauty.

But I may be biased because I like breasts of all sizes. As long as they look feminine, they can be cupped, and they move around a bit during sex, I'm happy.

That's pretty messed up that her boyfriend told her not to get it done with all the back pain she was having.

If it's giving her back pain I'd say get it done. Boob sizes aren't something I really go nuts over.

it wouldn't bother me if she had to do it. rather her feel less pain, it would make life easier. if it lessened her sexual arousal that would suck, but sex isn't the only thing.

if it were breast enhancement that she wanted, I'd be against it.

That's her choice, if it'll help her with back problems, so be it but she also do her own research and weigh the pros and cons.
