I've been SO hungry lately! Have you ever gone through something like this?

I seriously want to eat anything and everything for the past 3 days. I come home and just inhale food. I'm done growing but I just need to eat. It's like a carnal hunger deep in my stomach that I just cannot satisfy. I don't know what's wrong or if anything really is wrong, I just want to eat all the time! Do you ever get like that or am I just weird?

I think this is quite normal tbh. I also go trough periods where I'm super hungry. My best advice is to just load up on fruit and healthy options. You can snack on healthy stuff all day long.

How about thirst? Do you get thirsty and drink a lot too?

I haven't noticed being more thirsty than usual lately. I drink 32 ounces of water a day as it is though. :p

It's probably nothing at all. But if you start experiencing problems like thirst hair loss of hand tremors, you may want to get your sugar level and your thyroid tested. They tested me over a period of time before they found my thyroid was off.

Yes, until I switched to small frequent meals..drink more water
