God I wish I could induce that kind of reaction in me... But only if I could change back after. I'd say you're pretty thin now. Are you put off by the taste or by the fact that you're eating. How do you see your body when you look in the mirror? Do you think you're just right, too heavy or too thin?
What I'm getting at is the possibility that you might be developing an eating disorder. Hopefully that's not happening, but if there's a chance you want to talk to a doc about it. Stay healthy.

I know from experience that stress can heavily impact your appetite. For some people stress causes them to overeat but for skinnier people I notice stress causes them to have major trouble eating.
This may sound crazy but try a 10minute jog and then eat right after and see if your appetite helps. Sometimes being idle makes it tough to eat.
You can also try a huge factor that causes people to overeat and that is multitask like watch TV and eat. Just use good foods when you do.
Maybe its psychological why you're not eating, or it might be something else. If this pattern continues, see a doctor.
If its happening with lots of foods not just a couple then it is good to get it checked out
