It was so cold where I am that when the cat wanted out and I opened the door to let him out he stepped outside and did and U-Turn and ran back inside behind the couch.
That cat story was funny.
We have two cats. One is strictly indoors, but we usually let the other one out in the morning and bring her in at dusk. She loves going out and dances in front of the door when we're about to open it for her. But on cold or rainy mornings, she sticks her nose outside, acts like she hit a wall, turns around, and goes back to her room (our room and our bed).
It doesn't get that cold where we live. Lately, it's been around 50 during the day and mid-30s to low 40s at night. We never get snow because we live in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains just below the snow line. We even grow citrus trees.
On some winter nights, we might get spells of 28 to 32 degrees at night, but it still doesn't harm our citrus trees because we are on a slope and the cold air moves down hill and doesn't sit on the trees.

It’s been almost five years here since it last snowed & although we are dodging it this time next time we may not be so lucky. As for the cold it’s currently sunny & 46 degrees Fahrenheit & the temperature are slowly going to drop. A week from now temperatures will be back in the 70’s.
Mmm a little bit, I find that I handle cold a bit better than heat. I'm extremely heat sensitive and feel like I'm melting at work somedays. Plus cold days are so nice when you just want cuddle on the couch inside. The only thing I dislike about winter time is driving on ice sense it can be pretty dangerous. People get so use to summertime driving that they have hard time shifting over to winter time driving... especially I'd they have a truck.
My mom is older and weaker now so we turn the heat on more than we did in previous years and I actually feel warmer now since our house is warmer. Our house used to be around 4-8 degrees cooler cause my parents wanted to save money on heating costs in the winter time but my mom can't handle a cold house anymore.

Wind! It's the stinking wind!
Wife gave me a GoWarmer, a 3 in 1 rechargeable gizmo. 3.5 amp-hour USB rechargeable battery!! Powers: 1. 3 heat level hand warmer. 2. LED flashlight 3. Also a power bank to recharge your cell phone, etc. Best $13 gift she ever got me!
Although I love the snow, I'm glad we have none right now. It rained for almost 18 hours yesterday/overnight. This morning it started at 45 degrees and has been dropping steadily for the last several hours and is not down to 28 on its way down to a projected 12 degrees.
Not had snow yet this year. I do like the look on animals faces when you first open the and they see everything white.

I'm very far at the South-South so no... we do get the very last and least of it
Texas already faced a state-wide frozen power grid, I want to think that won't happen again, hope... lmao - u
I live in north Florida. The temperature at present is 22° F. This is EXTREMELY cold for my area. I recall snow on the ground twice in 67 years.
We don't have snow but the very cold temps are causing all kinds of problems.
We got a bunch of snow not that many days ago. It was so cold that the snow started coming in through the corner cracks of the house. And our window openers had ice on them still frozen.
not too bad.
We didn't get much snow, right now it is only 4 below zero with 30 to 40mph winds.
Kind of another winter day here in frost bite falls. We have had wind chills in the -25 to -35 range the last two days, It's extreme, even in midwestern standards.
Deeply and disturbingly… i abhor cold and snow. I drove all the way across the country to get away from it and eventually landed right smack dab in the sh*t again! Ell oh ell!
I'm in northern Michigan 👋🏻 been in the single digits and we got about 5 or 6 inches of snow, no where near what they were making the storm seen
doesn't bother me that much, it's not that bad. winter is long though...
Cats will do that... they are smart critters!
You must live in Minnesota! LOL I move south in the winter to escape the snow and cold. The only real effect it has pertains to the garden. If there's a real cold snap, it can kill the veggies.
Most definitely, Its -31 F right now where I live.
Not today. It was 50 when I got up. It will be 25 degrees tomorrow, No snow on the ground. It is only a matter of time before we get buried.
I don't mind all the snow we are getting. I sure wish this minus 30 & colder temperatures would warm up a bit though.
It doesn't bother me, but what does bother me us all the drivers who don't know how how to drive for the conditions. That has the potential to effect me and is beyond my ability to control.
None! We were so lucky. But really cold (although not as cold as some places I bet).
My furnace is on 72 degrees, and it was below zero and the wind-chill factor was life-threatening, and we had some snow. I live in Pennsylvania, USA.
Oh my God yes my father's from Brazil I have his jeans I hate any kind of temperature that drops below 70°
