Well... Yes, as a matter of fact, it is. I mean, it's still Bashar al-Assad who is in power in Syria, not the ISIS or the Al-Qaeda, and thus Christianity is perfectly fine in Syria, even though it's definitely a Muslim country. What might be interesting is the peaceful atmosphere that allows for the celebrations to take place, but as far as I know, the skirmish with the rebels is finished or at least calmed down for quite some time now, so I guess it's understandable, especially if the ISIS is absolutely done for in Syria (and it's not like I'm complaining anyway).

Ha! That's a joke. Syria, with Egypt, attacked Israel twice - once on their Holy Day and in a prior attack - and they got their cans kicked both times. I'm pretty sure they will attack them again. So that shit about peace is the biggest joke ever as they were the aggressors.

In reality, it was Israel that staged a supposedly preemptive attack against Egypt, Syria and Jordan in 1967. It seized the Sinai Peninsula and the Gaza Strip from Egypt, the West Bank and East Jerusalem from Jordan, and the Golan Heights from Syria. How convenient.

Even the U. S. government knew at the time that Israel was in no danger of being attacked, but it gave Israel permission to proceed with it's aggression, anyway.

Of course, prior to Israel's attack it tried to sink the USS Liberty and kill its entire crew. Johnson covered that up.

In 1973, Egypt mobilized into the Sinai Peninsula, which had been stolen from it in 1967. Syria mobilized into the Golan, which had been stolen from it in 1967. There was no chance that they were going to try to attack and overrun all of Israel.

Fuck Israel and its partner in crime, the U. S. government/military.

OK, for one thing Israel won that land in the 1967 war, just like Texas and other states were won by the US in the Mexican America War. With every war the victors gain land. Just like we kicked England out of the US in 1776. We won that land too. Also, that land was given to them by God as He had promised, and as Bible prophesy foretold, that Israel would be a nation again after they had been spread around the world. That came to pass in 1948 when Israel was formed as a Nation again. This is the reason Israel kicks the asses of much bigger countries. You can't lose when God is on your side. I might also point out that the US has been a haven for the Jew and we are allies of Israel and support them. Guess what might happen if we no longer do?
