slow down your pace, not by too much, but if you can't hold a running pace then slow it down a bit and slowly improve. Health & Fitness

I doubt its because you stopped lifting. people who don't exercise at all still lose weight if they cut their daily caloric intake. scientific health will obviously say you should be losing... Health & Fitness

I think others go because they want to get healthier, improve their physical appeal, or train for competition or sport. I go just to get stronger. Health & Fitness

i bought a fitbit to count my steps a while ago and i think its complete bullshit. i took about 11-15K steps a day and it calculated i burned 1,900 calories from that. bullshit. Health & Fitness

if I miss a day working out, depending on which workout and why, that makes all the difference. like I didn't do shoulders this week cause I injured my shoulder a bit earlier. im cool with that. Health & Fitness

just adapt your exercises, so your doctor said don't exercise, well did he literally mean don't spend your bodies energy? or don't perform any activities such as running, jumping, swimming, etc?... Health & Fitness
