Im on month 2 for my weight loss journey and I'm not noticing a difference.. My mom and sister at they see a difference but I don't! I think they're just saying that to be boosting my confidence. I've cut sodas and I cut fries out of my food intake I try to eat less bread... last month I worked out only 4 days a week for 30 minutes this month I "upped" it to one hour 4-5 times a week.. yet I notice no change.. and I've stopped trying to count calories because its a major headache. I cut my dinner (s) in half and not eat the whole plate., I feel like I'm doing this for no results :( very discouraging
2 months is just the peaking point of seeing a decent change, you need to continue pushing for at least 3 months. its too early for you to get discouraged, if its been like 6 months and you literally have not changed then yeah I would start getting discouraged, but right now NO! you're not allowed to talk like this yet. keep pushing.
