The system is biased viciously against men.
Women seem to be oblivious to what is being done in their name, or think that it is 'funny' when a man is destroyed unjustly.

In Nottinghamshire, England, it is now too legally dangerous to even speak to a woman.
To have any form of interaction with a female risks an Orwellian thought crime charge.
This new law was sold as a measure against cat calling, but the way that it was written it defined the offence as any form of contact that the woman did not like.

I still remember the time that a woman met in secret with a judge to lower the child support payments that a man was supposed to pay for custody rights to see his child, making a point not to tell him the ordered amount was reduced.

They then had him thrown in jail - for over-paying! And in that time it took him to get a lawyer that could call out the judge on this misconduct, the woman was able to skip town and deny the man visitations to his daughter!

The initial judge involved thought this was a perfectly-reasonable thing for the mother to do to the father of her child!

Except, by intentionally not telling him he was now required to pay less, that is called entrapment. Which is illegal. And by meeting in secret to make the arrangements with the express intent of screwing him over, that's conspiracy, which is also illegal.

The double standards involved in that case made me sick upon hearing them. I hope that woman lost all custody rights (she only did it to punish her daughter for saying she prefers to be with her dad), and that the judge was disbarred for life.

Then she says 123 cases (only just under 600 reported a year is interesting) the girl accepted a false charge or didn't show in court... that doesn't mean she lied, it means she could've been too traumatized to show up, although I don't know how courts work over there for sure.

Then... she says a 1/3rd were committed by relatives and friends... so if those were true (since in the USA too, most rape is done by family or friends) then only 12 cases ended in convictions right? I don't see why anyone would frame a relative, so look how many potential real victims weren't listened to.

I think there are plenty of jobs. People will always need and or be willing to pay for something.
It's the willingness and incentive to train or retrain pepole thats in decline.
People move jobs more now and they get poached more so companies don't want to invest in training.
There are also more regulations so many job postings are already filled which makes the hunt harder and job matches worse as well as HR being there more as a legal defence rather than the department who actually know what they need and can work with.
There are a few growing industries where you may find it a lot easyer though but they all still take many years of education first and if you didn't know early on it can take you a long time to get into your chosen industry in the hopes it's still growing afterwards and your probly going to work longer hours when you do because of the greater reluctance to hire and train.
