Michael Longcor's "Eternity's waltz" would be a solid choice, but it could come across as kind of one-sided at first listen. Depending on your personalities, his "Building Fires" might also work; it's very much a song about love, but not romantic love, so maybe not. If you're a bit more upbeat in temperament, Offenbach's "Infernal Galop" would be good, but that may be better as an "opening up the dance floor" number.
