Ok, so I ordered a new pair of glasses through my insurance. The eyeglass store measured it incorrectly , per my optometrist, and I had to return the pair. The store has an exchange and no return policy, and so I asked the optician to order another frame since I didn’t the other frame before sending in the glasses to the lab. He did. When I arrived to try the new frames, I didn’t like them and asked if we could order new sunglasses instead. The optician was pissed! He told me to return and deal with the other optician since he could no longer help me. I was floored. Thoughts?

I hate stores that make you exchange rather than refund. It's usually a red flag that they sell poor quality stuff.

I had something similar where my glasses were small. Ended up waiting for next year to get a new prescription since my eye sight got worse and like my new pair.
The customer is always right.
In other words he told you get lost...
