Do you go shopping when you are bored?

I was going home when I suddenly felt a bit sad and decided to go shopping, I bought some useless things, like a big blue stuffy monster from Monsters INC.

Tons of skin care products, which I know I won’t have time to use cause I am at work all the time.

Some aromatic candles, and I don’t even know what else. I am in Taxi now and the backseat is full with the things I bought and there’s this huge monster stuffy toy sitting next to me.

Only after I bought them I thought why the hell did I buy?

I already have a Big Pikachu, stuffed puppy, stuffed tiger and I don’t know… Just about everything.

Do you get into impulsive shopping when you are bored and how to stop it?

When I feel a bit sad, I just go shopping. I wanna quit it lol. If I needed them that would be okay, but most of the things I bought will only entertain me for a day or two.

I even feel guilty now I could use this money much more usefully to help someone or invest in something.

Its emtional spending normaly what i do is i go shoping into a big supermarket. I put loads of stufg in my troley thry when its time to pay at the till i just leave the trolley and thr stuff and leave the shop without anything.
