Why most Jewish and middle-eastern men look older than their age?

I've seen pics of Jewish and middle-eastern guys in their mid 20s or so and they look like 10 years older than their European or American guys with similar age

I've noticed that too.. I think a lot has to do with them because they mix so many different types of foods (meat, yogurt, soft drinks) with each other with huge dish sizes and overreading and they behave angrily. And they solve all problems by yelling and screaming and getting angry. Which is toxic. And most of them aren't into fitness. So their 0verweight bodies don't help.

Your stomach is connected with how you look. Animal products ages people far worse also. But I think they dont care.

& on top of that, they dress very poorly. Dressing simply is the key. Middle Eastern men often wear dress shorts often with an older-looking design.

Gene's rly, also we are generally a bit more hairy and exposed more to the sun, which gives us a shaded wreckled look at a young age. I am from the middle east myself, and i got a full beard at the age of 16. I went in casino's , bought alcohol without ID. Everyone guessed that i was 19-20 when i was 16.

Also, average middle eastern people are more "hardened" people, with a skull as thick as the wall of china (stubborness), and due to hard living circumstances, we usually have broad shoulders aswell.

they tend to dress more conservatively and business like. well the ones I've seen. compared to American guys their style isn't as relaxed or trendy, causing them to look overall older
