She may have a reason but you have every right to be hurt and mad.

Ouch. Yeah she should have def remembered. Slip in a casual comment about how you enjoyed your birthday the next time you see her. If she's genuinely contrite and tries to make up that's one thing but if she's a total jerk about it I'd break up.
I reminded her the day before.

Kind of. I mean all she had to do was say something like congratulations for surviving another year. I'm glad you did sort of thing.
