omgosh i am so not a panty specialist but i feel like you would probably need a large. dont get a low rise because you will spill lol. if you get like a high rise it give more coverage in the front. if you go in there and check them out you will see what i am talking about. i have bought thongs before not paying attention how high they went up and got home put them on and noticed that there was room for more than one vagina lol so just go and get a feel for them. they tend to stretch too so that would help im sure lol
