Do I get at least something to cover my always cold feet?
It's their house so I suppose I would have to respect house rules since I'm a guest. I had friends with that rule before and it didn't bother me at all.
I think shoes is fine but asking someone to take off their socks is weird. Some people aren't comfortable with that
The shoe rule is normal for my family and most friends. Socks I haven't heard of but hey, it's your house your rules.
I would be happy to remove my shoes but not my socks my feet hurt when I'm not wearing socks do I don't go without socks
