I saw a doppelgänger of my crush?

This is my first time seeing a doppelgänger of someone I know. I'm a skeptic in paranormal stuff but this one freaked me out a lot. There's a friend of mine who've I'd had feelings for but showing them would've been inconvenient at the time, though now it isn't. Today I was at my county's fair and I saw her EXACT look a like and when I called her name bc I thought it was her, THIS GIRL HAD THE SAME NAME. She turned around and was like "I don't know you", then I realized she was slightly taller than my friend, her nose was a bit pointier and her eyes were a different color. It was scary as fuck and it was even more scarier because I've been thinking about her more lately. I know I'm gonna sound like a wack but this mean anything or is it just the craziest coincidence?
