Which of these guerrilla marketing examples do you think is the cleverest?
The kit kat one would be the only one to make me go buy one. And I think for most people too... most people will buy a chocolate bar off impulse, with a tiny bit of encouragement, but cleaning product, or a movie? Probably not.
That being said, The simpsons one or the sprite one will be seen by most eyes, so they are the most efficient by that metric.
I actually like the dog one because you wouldn’t get the visual until your at a certain view. It kind of reminds me of my band days (yes I was a band geek😂) where every person’s spot contributes to some kind of visual. You don’t know it until you get into a certain viewpoint
They're all pretty clever, but the flea one stood out the most. This almost makes me wanna go back to school for marketing and advertisement. But I would neverrrr put myself through that again.
The dental implant insurance advertisement is the most striking, to me.
There was also 3M's Security Glass advertisement, where "$3 million dollars" was put inside the Security Glass and was displayed in public.
People were welcome to break the glass; if they did, then they could take the money inside there with them. In the end, it was said that no person was able to break that 3M glass.
They are all clever. But the sprite advertisement is more likely to help sales rocket than the others. Seeing that would make anyone thirsty on a hot day at the beach. I'd just look at the others and just think how ingenious they are then I'd walk on. I would be too busy concentrating on how good it is , so buying it wouldn't cross my mind
