A family member once told me a person that can't speak correctly is because he or she is stupid, but a guy on YouTube disagrees with me? How can you be considered intelligent speaking mumbo jumbo where a person doesn't understand a lick what you're saying.

Articulation and flowing is more to do with soft skills. Nothing to do with how your brain processes information or computes complex information

Some speak better than others. It’s more a natural skill. You have homeless people with god like voices that should be on the radio. And that has happened

Shuttering is difficultly expressing words out your mouth fluently, but if you're not making sense even when the words do come out how can that be interpreted as a smart person?

Personally, I have a friend like that. she's very book smart has two degrees but lacks common sense. so I don't know if book smarts is considered intelligence
