No dicks and pussies. We’re all gonna have perfect bodies like barbies. We will reproduce by pressing the belly button and saying “i want to be pregnant”. Guys can have babies too. But parents must be 21 and older to conceive. And there will be no war. And no cheating. And everyone will be provided an allowance. Nothings unfair. Everyone will get the same salary of $50k a year starting from 21 and older. Houses will be built and food will be grown as everyone is supplied with tools, wood/concrete etc and food seeds. Disease/illness will be extent. It will only rain overnight to grow food. Otherwise its sunny but not hot enough to cause sunburn. Cursing will be prohibited and you have to use substitute words like “hoe” and “crap”. Cars won't need gas as they will always magically run and never break down. School will only be required up until age 21 and no one under 21 can work since theyll automatically get $50k at 21 as long as they graduate school. People will die at age 80 unless they choose to do things that will kill them before hand. So if we’re overpopulated, oh well. Animals will live on different grounds from people but people have the option to go to the “dog park” for example to play with these animals. Everyone is automatically attractive and will have no trouble gettingn a mate. They just have to avoid cheating to avoid jail. No one will be smarter or healthier than another. Im talking equality people. Oh yea and everyone will be colorblind. And you can eat as much as you want and never gain weight. But it doesn't matter cause everyone will be limited to 3 meals and 2 in between snacks a day. Oh yea and cigarettes and alcohol and other drugs are banned. People will get high off of chewing bubblegum. There will also be no weapons. Kissing and hugs will be the new SEX 😂 i know y'all hate me. But i love my sim city. We will not be called americans, Asians, etc. we will be called Earthstonians as the 7 continents reconnect

I'd add in a third eye and I'd take out one of the breasts on the woman and on the man I would add an extra pair of arms to the lower arm since men often have to do a lot of handy work - the third eye would be for seeing emotions and other non-material things. I would take out one of the two the breasts since babies only suck on one breast at a time anyway.
I think humans are pretty awesome as they are...
However as an idea... it would be cool if we could have a universal way of communicating with all other lifeforms... and influencing them...
Also it would be cool if we didn't have to age beyond 35 and our life was somehow linked to our productivity and purpose and value on the planet. For example a person would only be alive if their existence was justified as being a positive contribution to the planet. So either learn to be giving and promote prosperity on the planet in general... or just face natural death pretty much instantly. This way the planet doesn't have to burden itself with supporting the existence of meandering assholes.

Nothing. For better or worse, who we are is a collection of all our faults and goods trying to work together. Take one peace of the puzzle out and you may end up with something not really human anymore.

Wisdom teeth and appendix could go. Id make the brain more effective so that we could choose things to forget in order to free up memory (and aid in retrieval of memories). Id also scrap male pattern baldness and give humans the ability to more successfully fight cancer.

Similar to a opinion before me, I'd probably make a better... whatever you call it, detection and removal of faulty cells which cause cancer.
Not sure if it's completely possible, but eh.
Anyways, things that make us better and stronger as a (natural) species.
I'd also remove greed, hehe. -
I'd add controllable metabolism and body structure, that way you change the way you want to look.
I'd remove emotions so that we become much much efficient, no more crimes, greed or any emotion that stops us from doing things for the progress of humanity. -

First off, I would make us immortal, or just more resistant to to diseases, fire, damage, etc. This way, less people will have to be sad about loved ones dying. Secondly, I would make all humans have a kind/ understanding heart. No people telling at each other, no jealousy, no hatred, and such. I would just do anything that will improve us in a positive way.

Autotrophic metabolism.
It would remove almost all problems in civilization.
