+1 yI'm from the USA. There are a lot of pros and cons to this country. I love the different national parks and monuments. You can go on epic road trips which are pretty cool. I love that in one city you can immerse yourself in a ton of different cultures. I grew up near Chicago and there was a China Town, Little Italy, a Russian sector, a really cool Polish area, the Irish area, etc. It was ton of fun.

+1 yI live in Canada and my favourite part is the tourist attractions - which are gorgeous - the thing I hate the most is the wind chill in the winter time and the long waiting times at the hospital when you are sick. I'm starting to get used to the wind chill though. It's not a huge problem for me anymore.

Best thing about the US is Donald Trump.
Our economy has been red hot, unemployment is among the lowest in history, illegal immigration has decreased substantially, and the stock market is on fire. I freaking love America, and Trump is certainly making us greater than ever.20 Reply

I’m from Ireland 🇮🇪 My favourite part of our culture is the naughty sense of humour (not everyone has this though) 😂
Additional comment: the worst thing about my country is the growth in liberalism & even feminism, despite gender inequality being illegal anyway 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏼♀️20 ReplyI'm from the United States, and I have a great love for the nation and appreciation for all it affords me. what I love most about it however is the same answer for what I dislike most about it. The flaws of it from it about it around it. The imperfections
and the fire that they burn in me to be apart of addressing and alleviating them. And how there is always hope no matter how dark for something to come of ones endeavors even if not in their lifetime. It's the same thing I love and dread of all humanity. We are all apart of something so much bigger than ourselves with cause so much more important than worries and offered every day the chance to contribute and be apart of this Magnificent journey even in the smallest of ways. I guess I liked that by being able to call my country home I get a that baseline or start to be not just a fellow citizen of my countrymen but a also a fellow companion of humanity and that vast society of life. If that rant makes any sense lol00 Reply334 opinions shared on Other topic. U. s, I love who we are as a people.

I agree with you on food though, especially vegetarian cuisine. - +1 y
@UncleBumbleF_K I said values intelligence. doesn't mean everyone is intelligent. Besides, the lower iq is cuz of poverty...
And I find the nonveg equally if not more tasty

I mean you're not wrong but you're also not right. I mean yeah we have issues with this PC bullshit, trying to censoring other people's opinions and a hell of a lot of other crap. But there are thing you should be proud of like how we are free to choose our destiny, free to choose what schools we can go to, explore new cultures, etc.
Opinion Owner+1 y@feinsanity "But there are thing you should be proud of like how we are free to choose our destiny, free to choose what schools we can go to, explore new cultures, etc."
People from most countries in the world are free to do that (except for North Korea and Middle Eastern countries), so it's not something that is exclusive here.
I h8 American individualism; people treat each other like disposables, they don't care about other people, they only care about buying and consuming more things- +1 y
That's how things work in the rest of the world too not just America. People treat each other like crap it's always been like that. Take North Korea for example do you really think Kim Jong-un cares about his people? Do you think most politicians care about the people they represent? no not really. You can't really change that either because each human thinks for themselves sometimes without the regards of others
Opinion Owner+1 y@feinsanity no other countries aren't as bad.. People in European countries care more about their parents and homeless people (also North Korea is a dictatorship, so not a very good example)
- +1 y
I feel like you need to stop daydreaming there are parts in European countries that have those kinds of problems. It's not all sunshine and rainbows in Europe.
Opinion Owner+1 yI'm not daydreaming. My mom is first-gen immigrant from France, so I've been there and it's not as bad as here
- +1 y
Just to clarify, not all middle eastern countries are like that. And i mean in Iran for instance you are free to choose almost all the basic things that you mentioned. The only thing is about the hijab which if you visit or see the YouTube videos about Iran you can see that the hijab they use is totally fashioned and different with neighboring countries.
