How do you feel when you look at old threads and questions on GAG?

I'm new to this app but when i looked it the old questions by searching, it felt weird looking at those questions. It's like there were people on here years ago and they had questions with their unique problems, they were much younger than they are now and they are probably different now from when they wrote those questions.

It's sad yet amusing really.

I just read a question from 2009 and i remembered at that time i was probably 13 years old and the owner of the question used to be in their early 20s now they are in their mid 30s, Damn it feels weird.

About 6 years. I joined in 2015 on my birthday, as @juicyjessie and had to delete that account. Been back about 6 or 7 weeks now with this account.

I mean doesn't it make you feel that you're not moving forward in life that you're still here?

I do sometimes. But I have some folks on here I enjoy talking to so I stick around for them. But I still move forward in life just fine, this site is just how I waste time or chat with some folks.

I have felt same as you feel at least on one occasion. I don't know how old the app is. I am here from about a year or two max.

People are more openly hostile with their partisan politics. They can't simply agree to disagree.

And if they disagree, then can't accept that reasonable people could hold a different opinion, so they start calling other people names.

I think people have been acting like this for ages, but i can see the difference in the type questions posted. Questions were more realistic and aren't meme like, and weren't bitchey or inappropriate.
