I continue to ignore this person but they don’t seem to leave me alone and stop bothering me?

Long story short me and this guy was attractive each other and low key felt the same. Neither of us came forward to pursue anything deeper. We always flirted with each other and throw hints. Later he started stalking me for awhile I was freaked out. He is a narcissistic and manipulative person I know his friends played into this. I think bc he was too scared or something or for revenge he started talking to this other girl to make me jealous. I honestly don’t care I just wanted him to leave me alone. But I would run into him and see him with her and on social media too. I don’t have him on social media but I have mutual friends. His stuff pops up they all hangout together. Now I seem to notice he’s around where I am and he keeps tabs on me. We have this big community group in our area and he makes backhanded comments and rude stuff on there. I am not on there sometimes I check it because I need to know what’s happening in our community. I feel like he is happy with his new girl but I don’t understand why he has to go out of his way to try to make me feel uncomfortable. I don’t care if he’s with her. I’m focus on some new exciting things in my life and I don’t want anything to do with bad energy. It’s such a weird situation I never had to deal with anything like this before. I have tried talking him multiple times and he just ignore me. He has come forward to talk but I never could due to some circumstances.
