yes u kinda right but its more that most shit doesent bother me its like if they say im weird or an asshole etc idc but if they say that im fat (i had 104 kg 2 years ago) it hits because that are things im already insecure about i dont care what they think of me but i do care if these things are true or better said it gives me the question "did i really achive my goal of loosing weight or am i just seeing myself as lean now and am i maybe still fat" its not their opinion that bothers me its the fact the opinion might be true and its something i tried to fix or dont like myself about me cuz i am not a perfect person i have flaws like everyone and i want to fix them so if they say shit i think might be true i overthink it and of course i have around 8 people whose opinion matters to me but those all approve me and if they say for example i annoy everyone (i just joked around with a friend that even started) my fear isn't what they think its if it also applies to the people i care aboutthats what i mean and actually u quite helped me understand myself better by thinking about why i dont care and by explaining it i also noticed why i care about some things so thanks

Probably because you are asking yourself how do they even have the audacity to say that when they do those things that you listed themselves , you just cannot understand it. It is possible that they might think you are on a lower position than them because the way our perception works is different and just because we think we are smart doesn't mean everyone thinks so too. Some dumb people call smart people dumb so i guess everything is in the eye of beholder.
