Can people change their age online like on sites such as USPhoneBook or yellow pages?

I ask bc there is a woman on IG I follow who has 5,000 followers. I followed her bc I found her as inspo since she lives luxuriously and is very pretty and perfect body and life, etc. But I swore she was like 35 years old based on her photos. Her facial structure and body just don’t look younger than 30 to me. I’m 27. I was curious though and looked her up on google and 2 sites, one called USPhoneBook and another similar said she was 25! Her job is in publicizing or something, she works a good job. Im just curious if this age can be fudged to be younger? Otherwise it must be filters bc she looks way more mature
